Dr. Nusret Ören is a highly experienced pediatric specialist with a strong academic and clinical background in child health and diseases. He earned his medical degree from Bülent Ecevit University Faculty of Medicine and completed his specialization in Pediatrics at Dokuz Eylül University. His specialization thesis focused on the retrospective analysis of lymphocyte distribution and serum immunoglobulin levels in children under the age of five with cytomegalovirus infection.
He began his professional career at Uşak Training and Research Hospital, where he served as the head physician of the pediatric intensive care unit. He also provided clinical instruction to 4th and 6th-year medical students in pediatric endocrinology, emergency, and intensive care topics. Since 2023, he has been serving as a Pediatric Specialist at Ahmetli District State Hospital.
Dr. Ören has attended various national and international training programs and received certifications in pediatric intensive care, advanced life support, pediatric allergies, and emergency care. His scientific work includes a published article on the effects of large neutral amino acids on blood phenylalanine levels in patients with classical phenylketonuria.
His professional interests include pediatric intensive care, patient communication and education, scientific research, data analysis, and the use of medical devices. As a member of the Physicians’ Union, Dr. Nusret Ören currently practices at Egepol Hospital, offering dedicated and compassionate care in pediatric medicine.
