Dr. Erol Batuhan Balcı completed his medical degree at Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Medicine between 2009 and 2015. He received his high school education at Konak Anatolian High School in İzmir from 2005 to 2009.
Following his graduation, he began his specialization in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Haseki Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, continuing his residency at Balıkesir University Hospital. Over the years, he has worked as a specialist physician in various public and private hospitals located in Bitlis, Balıkesir, and İzmir.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Balcı has gained significant experience in general and regional anesthesia, postoperative pain management, sedation and analgesia in intensive care units, mechanical ventilation, and critical patient follow-up. He currently serves as an Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Specialist at Egepol Hospital in İzmir.
With a patient-centered approach, he meticulously oversees the entire perioperative process — from preoperative assessments to intraoperative monitoring and postoperative recovery. In intensive care settings, he manages complex cases with a multidisciplinary perspective.
